Welcome to Kids of The Kingdom Global (referred to herein as “KoKG”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our websites, services, programs, memberships, physical and digital products, and event registrations, whether accessed via desktop, mobile device, or other technology.
By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these provisions, please do not use our services.
1. Organizational Purpose
Kids of The Kingdom Global is a Christian nonprofit organization headquartered in El Dorado Hills, California, committed to youth discipleship, performing arts, cultural exchange, and family advocacy. Our services include educational content, mentorship, event-based performances, donations, and the sale of merchandise and materials that support our global mission.
2. Eligibility for Participation
2.1 Youth Program Participation
Participation in KoKG events or programs (online or in person) requires:
A completed registration form.
Parental/guardian consent for minors.
Agreement with our Code of Conduct and Statement of Faith (provided upon registration).
Adherence to ministry expectations, including modesty, respectful speech, and Christ-centered behavior.
2.2 Sponsored Memberships & Group Accounts
Parents, guardians, or sponsors agree to be the primary contact and financial administrator for their sponsored children or group. They are also responsible for ensuring compliance with these Terms.
3. Donations and Payments
3.1 Online and Offline Giving
KoKG accepts charitable donations via credit/debit card, check, cash, and electronic transfers. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donors will receive a receipt.
3.2 Recurring Payments
For recurring sponsorships or membership dues, you authorize KoKG to auto-debit your selected payment method. You may cancel anytime by contacting us at fountainsofblessings@gmail.com
3.3 Refund Policy
All donations are final and non-refundable unless a transaction was made in error or fraudulently. For merchandise, physical goods, or ticketed events, refund policies will be clearly displayed at the point of sale.
4. Physical Goods and Merchandise
KoKG may offer branded items (e.g., shirts, Bibles, theater programs, CDs, etc.) for fundraising or education. All purchases are subject to:
Inventory availability.
Shipping rates and timelines.
Applicable taxes and shipping fees.
A 15-day return or exchange policy for damaged or misprinted goods only.
KoKG reserves the right to limit or cancel orders if fraud, misuse, or inventory issues are detected.
5. Use of Website and Content
5.1 Intellectual Property
All logos, images, text, video, and curriculum materials on this site or in KoKG programs are the intellectual property of Kids of The Kingdom Global. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute these materials without written consent.
5.2 Livestreams & Media Sharing
Participation in KoKG productions may be recorded or livestreamed. We will not share identifying information without written consent, and we require a signed media release for participants under 18.
6. Privacy and Data Security

7. Event Attendance and Safety
KoKG reserves the right to:
Refuse admission to any in-person or digital event due to safety concerns or disruptive behavior.
Require parental pickup or removal from participation if safety policies are violated.
All volunteers and staff interacting with minors are background-checked and trained in accordance with child protection laws.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
KoKG provides its services “as is” and disclaims any liability for:
Technical failures or service interruptions.
Injury, illness, or loss related to participation in KoKG activities.
Third-party tools, websites, or products accessed through our site.
KoKG is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings during events.
9. Modifications and Updates
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you agree to the updated terms. We will notify users of major changes via email or website banners.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal nonprofit regulations. Any dispute shall be resolved in El Dorado County or another jurisdiction mutually agreed upon.
